What are our order cut off times?

Our order cut off times are the following:

Order cut off time for Sunday and Tuesday is BEFORE Thursday at 12pm

Order cut off time for Wednesday and Thursday is BEFORE Sunday at 4pm

If your order was placed after our order cut off times, your meals would be delivered to you the following week, on the delivery date selected when placing your order.

What days and times do we deliver?

We deliver Sunday and Wednesday every week between 5:00pm to 9:30pm to areas that fall within our local driving zone .

Having said that, you will receive an ETA of your order a day prior to your delivery. On the day of your delivery, you will receive an SMS with a link to track your order in real time. An email notification will also be sent to you after your order has been delivered.

We deliver Tuesday and Thursday every week via FedEx (Overnight Shipping) or same day courier (depending on your area), anytime between 9:00am to 6:00pm.

If you are not home to receive your delivery, the package will be left at your door or concierge.

Kindly ensure your complete shipping address, phone number, email address, buzzer code (if any), instructions for delivery (if any) is provided with your order to Protein Chefs. Kindly fill in the comments section with any special instructions (regarding delivery or allergies) that we need to know while placing your order. 

This information will help our Team understand your needs and serve you better.

What meal variety would I receive on a weekly subscription?

If you are on a weekly subscription, you will receive an email to make your meal selections starting from the second week for the duration of your meal plan.

If you did not make any meal selections for a particular week, we will make the selections on your behalf based on your initial or previous selection of meals.

For example, if you selected proteins such as Chicken Breast, Steak, Ground Beef, Salmon, Chicken Thighs, the following meal deliveries will be based on these selections, but will vary in flavours according to the current live menu.

How does our weekly meal subscription work?

This is perfect if you do not wish to visit our website and place orders weekly. On a weekly subscription plan, automatic payments will be processed exactly 7 days after your initial purchase. Before your subscription renews, you will receive an email to make your weekly meal selections.

Once you subscribe, you may pause or cancel the subscription from your dashboard at any time. All cancellations must be done before the weekly automatic renewal. The renewal date is exactly 7 days after you first subscribed. 

PLEASE NOTE: Since it is a subscription, it’s your duty to manage this on your end such as pausing, resuming, or cancelling. Protein Chefs will not take responsibility if you forget to cancel before the subscription renewal date.

What is our refund policy?

For any refunds, there will be a service charge of 0.0299% on the total refund amount.

If the order cut off time is exceeded, and your order was processed by our team, we would not be able to refund you for that order, since we cannot cancel or refund an order after the order cut off time has passed.

Do I need to purchase ice packs?

You do not need to purchase an ice pack unless you will not be home for an extended period (2-3hours).

The meals are delivered in our double insulated shipping box or cooler bags and thoroughly cooled down in our commercial fridges prior to delivery.
